I read an article at SimpleMom.net a while back {Entitled Understanding Your Personality: Balancing Tasks and People} that gave some really practical tips to help balance your focus despite your natural bent toward either tasks or relationships.
"People-oriented personalities build relationships and community, while task-oriented personalities get things done, and both are important.
Just like we need a balance of both to make the world go round, we also need to find a balance of both within our homes."

Hi Heidi. Although I lean toward a more task oriented personality I do 'schedule' time to build my relationships. I'd like to see myself as a good mix... :)
