Cut something out, leave something be, step away from your regular routine to better see how to regain balance...
Today, I'm following my own advice....
Life has been really full 'round my parts the whole of this past month. Full of GOOD things, but while I've been trying to keep up with this 31 days series, it's honestly felt a bit too much at times.
Today, I CHOOSE to step back from a lengthy blog post and let my actions and just a few words be enough...
What GOOD thing can you let go of in the coming days in order to feel more peace and balance as a result?

I'm proud of you. This is GREAT advice, and I've been practicing it this month by being a big 'ole blog flake. It's been really, really good to give myself permission to ignore it and focus on other things and my priorities have been re-balancing, which makes me feel refreshed.
ReplyDeleteBlogging is fun and wonderful, but when it becomes a burden it's time to take a step back. Same goes for commitments outside the home. We've been sticking very close to home this month and I've been staying more on top of my home and feeling better for it.
Thanks for doing this series, Heidi. I don't know how you came up with 31 posts worth of stuff, let alone kept up with writing them. You're doing awesome, and you're almost done. Hang in there!
Thanks for the encouragement, my friend!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou know, I am NEVER at a loss for ideas - sometimes I'm actually overwhelmed by them because I want to DO something about allllll of 'em! - HA!
So glad to hear that you are also finding your happy balanced place in life....GOOD for your sista!
love,
H
